Information we use
For registered customers we use the verified email supplied by secure sign-in, plus the first name, surname and nationality that the customer provides. For booking requests we also use the selected tour, date, guest count and any optional booking note.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage the account, process booking requests, provide customer support, prevent misuse and maintain the rewards balance.
No advertising email
MK Tours does not enrol customers in promotional email or advertising campaigns. We may send essential transactional messages about account security, booking status, payment, schedule changes or customer support.
Passwords and payments
MK Tours does not receive or store the customer’s sign-in password. When online payment is enabled, card details will be collected only by the named hosted payment provider and not by this website.
Your choices
Customers may contact MK Tours to request access, correction or deletion of their account information, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements.
