MK Rewards terms

Membership
Rewards are available to registered MK Tours customers. Registration is free and limited to one account per person.
£15 welcome credit
A £15 credit is created when the profile is completed. It remains locked until the customer’s first tour is marked completed, then becomes available for a later booking.
10% tour credit
After a tour is marked completed, the registered customer receives credit equal to 10% of the GBP amount due after other credits were applied. Credit is not earned on cancelled or refunded bookings.
Using credit
Available credit may be applied to eligible future bookings. The credit with the earliest expiry is used first. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred.
Expiry and reversals
Each credit expires two years after it becomes available. Credit applied to a booking is returned automatically if that booking is cancelled or refunded. Cashback issued in error, fraudulently or for a later-refunded transaction may be removed.
Programme integrity
MK Tours may suspend an account or correct a balance where there is fraud, duplicate registration, misuse or a technical error. Material changes will be published in these terms.
